We aim to provide fast, safe, and reliable medicine delivery across West Bengal.
We currently deliver to:
Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday – Sunday)
Delivery depends on pharmacy operating hours, order volume, stock availability, and route conditions. Urgent orders may take additional time during peak hours.
Delivery charges may vary based on:
Delivery fee (if applicable) will be shown before placing an order.
Once an order is placed:
You must be available at the delivery address to receive your order.
For POD orders:
Note: Delivery partners are not allowed to give credit or partial payment.
If delivery fails due to wrong address, no response, door locked, customer refusal, or phone unreachable, we will attempt one redelivery. Re-delivery charges may apply based on distance.
For prescription-only medicines:
We follow pharmacy compliance and safety guidelines.
If you receive a wrong item, damaged item, expired medicine, or missing product:

We will arrange a replacement or refund (as per Refund Policy). Image/video proof is required for verification.
We may cancel or refuse delivery for banned medicines, Schedule X or highly controlled substances, fake prescriptions, or unsafe order conditions. A notification will be provided in such cases.

Sompurno Pharmacy is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, festivals, strikes, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
