Welcome to Sompurno Pharmacy (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing or using our website https://sompurnopharmacy.in, https://sompurnopharmacy.com, or the Sompurno Pharmacy mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Our Services

Sompurno Pharmacy provides:

• Online ordering of medicines
• Doorstep medicine delivery
• Doctor appointment booking (via app)
• Lab test booking (via app)
• Customer support
• Health tools & medical calculators

We are not a hospital, clinic, or emergency service provider.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the services only for lawful, personal purposes

Minors must use the App under parental supervision.

3. Account Creation & Login

To place an order or use certain features, you may need an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Ensuring correct contact information
• Immediately reporting unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or delete fraudulent accounts.

4. Prescription Medicines

For prescription-only medicines (“Rx Medicines”):

• A valid doctor-issued prescription is required
• Prescription must match your name or the patient’s name
• Our pharmacists may reject unclear or invalid prescriptions
• Additional verification (call/WhatsApp) may be conducted
• We may request government-issued ID for restricted medicines

We comply with applicable pharmacy and telemedicine guidelines.

5. Pricing, Discounts & Offers

• Prices shown on the app/website are subject to change
• Discounts and offers may vary based on availability
• Any unauthorized or suspicious use of promo codes may lead to cancellation

Final bill amount will be confirmed before order processing.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order is confirmed only when:

• Prescription is validated (if applicable)
• Items are in stock
• Delivery location is serviceable
• Payment method is successfully accepted

We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, invalid prescription, incorrect address, fraudulent activity, or operational limitations. A cancellation update will be shared through SMS/WhatsApp/app notification.

7. Delivery Policy

7.1 Service Area

• Ichapur
• Shyamnagar
• Barrackpore Belt
• North 24 Parganas
• Other West Bengal localities (as we expand)

7.2 Delivery Guidelines

• Delivery time varies by location, stock, and order volume
• Delivery charges may apply
• Delivery staff may contact you for address confirmation
• POD (Paid on Delivery) orders require the customer to keep exact cash ready

If delivery fails due to wrong address, no-response, or refusal, re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Payment Terms

We support Cash on Delivery (COD/POD) and Online payments (if enabled on app).

For POD orders, the customer must pay the correct bill amount. Failure to pay may lead to suspension of services.

9. Refund & Return Policy

• Medicines once delivered cannot be returned unless damaged, expired, or incorrect
• Refunds are processed only after verification
• Refund timeline: 5–7 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

Refunds do not apply to opened or used products, cold-storage medicines, consumable medical supplies, or health devices with broken seals.

10. Health Tools & Calculators

Our medical calculators (BMI, BP, Sugar, Pregnancy, etc.) are for educational purposes only. They are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for doctor consultation. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse medicines or prescriptions
• Create fake orders or accounts
• Provide misleading health information
• Use the platform for commercial resale

Violation may result in a permanent service ban.

12. Sompurno Sathi Partners

Delivery partners (“Sathi”) operate independently. The Company is not responsible for their personal actions, cash handling outside guidelines, or delays caused by weather, vehicle issues, or unavoidable circumstances.

13. Intellectual Property

All content including logos, designs, App UI, website content, images, and brand identity is the exclusive property of Sompurno Pharmacy. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

Sompurno Pharmacy is not liable for delays due to third parties, technical issues, customer misuse of products, losses caused by incorrect prescriptions, or delivery delays caused by natural or unavoidable events. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website/app with a revised date. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under West Bengal courts in case of disputes.
