2. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If you have any complaint, dispute, or concern regarding Incorrect delivery, Prescription issues, App/website errors, Privacy/data misuse, Staff behavior, Payment/refund concerns, or Service dissatisfaction, you may file a grievance under our formal redressal process.
